Transnetyx Tissue ships to anywhere in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico for a flat rate. Please contact tissue@transnetyx.com for questions or more information.

International Orders are scheduled to ship on Mondays or Tuesdays of each week to allow for clearance through customs.

Media only orders can ship on Mondays.

Tissue orders ship on Tuesdays. 

Your order must be received at least the previous Friday to qualify for shipment the following week.

For all other international orders, shipping costs are calculated via FedEx and will include freight charges and duties and taxes.

Any and all wire transfer fees incurred by all banks are the customer's responsibility to pay. Bank account information and transfer fee amounts will be listed on your invoice.

To avoid shipment delays and unnecessary fees, all order must be paid is US Dollars and include all additional documentation required for your specific country. Email all documentation to tissue@transnetyx.com

Trannsetyx Tissue will not assume liability for any international shipments held during transit.
