Returns are not accepted on any product. If you have questions or concerns regarding the products received, please contact us directly at tissue@transnetyx.com or for technical concerns tissuetech@transnetyx.com

Shipping

Shipments are based on a first come, first serve basis. We do request that all orders be received at least 1 business day in advance of the requested ship date. We cannot guarantee shipment on orders received on the same day, but will do our best to fulfill your order. Orders received after 12:00pm CST will be automatically scheduled for the next available ship date. 

If we are unable to ship your order due to availability of stock or some other delay, we will contact you directly at the email address provided on the order. 

Please Note 

E18 and Adult, Sprague-Dawley rat tissues are available for dissection on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and must be shipped overnight delivery.

E18 and Adult, C57 mouse tissues are available for dissection on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and must be shipped overnight delivery.

All other ages and custom dissections are scheduled at the time of ordering and must be shipped overnight delivery. 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order please contact us by emailing tissue@transnetyx.com. All cancellations or adjustments must have written documentation. Orders can be cancelled up until 2:00pm CST on shipment date. If your order is cancelled and a credit card payment has been made, your order will be refunded or the credit can be applied to your account. If your account has a credit placed on it, please reference the order number in which the original credit was applied when placing a new order.
